(a)A patient care team physician may not delegate prescribing, dispensing, and administering of controlled dangerous substances, prescription drugs, or medical devices unless the patient care team physician and physician assistant include in the collaboration agreement:
(1)The authority of the physician assistant to prescribe and, if applicable, dispense controlled dangerous substances, prescription drugs, or medical devices;
(2)An attestation that all prescribing and, if applicable, dispensing activities of the physician assistant will comply with applicable federal and State law and regulations;
(3)An attestation that all medical charts or records will contain a notation of any prescriptions written or dispensed by a physician assistant in accor
