§ 13-1006

(a)Five members of the Authority are a quorum.

(b)Actions of the Authority must receive the affirmative vote of at least four members.

(c)The Authority shall determine the times and places of its meetings.

(d)A member of the Authority:

(1)May not receive compensation; but

(2)Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
