Text

(a)A majority of the authorized membership of the Board is a quorum.
(b)The Board shall determine the times and places of its meetings and hearings.
(c)A member of the Board:
(1)may not receive compensation; but
(2)is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
(d)(1) The Board may employ a staff in accordance with the State budget.
(2)The Board may require the staff to be covered by a surety bond or an insurance policy of the type and in the amount of coverage determined by the State Treasurer under § 5–108 of the State Government Article.
