Text
After receiving notice, a licensed pilot may not refuse to aid a vessel that is in distress:
(1)within 18 nautical miles south of Cape Henry;
(2)within 18 nautical miles east of Cape Henry;
(3)in the Chesapeake Bay; or
(4)in ports of Maryland.
