§ 11-205

(a) In addition to any powers set forth elsewhere, the Board may adopt regulations and pass orders to govern and regulate licensed pilots.

(b) In addition to any duties set forth elsewhere, the Board shall:

(1) adopt a seal; and

(2) be responsible for safety in providing pilotage.
