§ 2-401

Maryland·Article gab Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis·Title 2

A license or permit is not required for a transport plane furnished with a cocktail lounge or a water vessel carrying passengers or cargo to a foreign port if:

(1)alcoholic beverages are purchased from a manufacturer or wholesaler; and
(2)satisfactory evidence is submitted in writing to the Executive Director that the alcoholic beverages are for sale or use beyond the continental limits and possessions of the United States.
