§ 2-116

Maryland·Article gab Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis·Title 2
(a)There is a private bulk sales permit.
(b)The Executive Director may issue the permit to an individual who:
(1)is at least 21 years old;
(2)is a resident of the State;
(3)files with the Executive Director an inventory of all alcoholic beverages to be sold; and
(4)certifies that all alcoholic beverages to be sold:
(i)have been acquired legally and transported into the State in accordance with this article; and
(ii)are owned by the individual at the time of application.
(c)The permit authorizes the holder to sell the permit holder’s private stock of alcoholic beverages to a person in accordance with this section.
(d)A sale under the permit may:
(1)be made by:
