Text

(a)Before a licensed manufacturer may engage in delivering beer directly to a consumer in the State, the manufacturer shall be issued a direct beer delivery permit.
(b)Before a licensed manufacturer may engage in delivering liquor directly to a consumer in the State, the manufacturer shall be issued a direct liquor delivery permit.
