§ 1 — Definitions

Section 1. In this chapter the following words, unless a different meaning is required by the context or is specifically prescribed, shall have the following meanings:''Deputy'', deputy sealer of weights and measures certified by the director.''Deputy director'', deputy director of standards in the office of consumer affairs and business regulation.''Inspector'', inspector of standards certified by the director.''Sealer'', sealer of weights and measures certified by the director.''Committee'', the certification within the division of standards. Said committee shall consist of the director of standards, and a designee from each of the following organizations: the Massachusetts Weights and Measures Association, the Eastern Massachusetts Weights and Measures Association, the Western Massachus
