Section 313. Whoever violates any provision of sections three hundred and eight to three hundred and twelve, inclusive, or who continues to operate a vending machine after his license has been suspended or revoked, shall be punished for the first offense by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars and for a subsequent offense by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars.
