§ 161 — Enforcement of orders of department of public health
Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title XV REGULATION OF TRADE·Ch. 94 INSPECTION AND SALE OF FOOD, DRUGS AND VARIOUS ARTICLES
Section 161. Orders made under the preceding section shall be served upon any person selling or offering for sale impure ice, and may be enforced in equity by the supreme judicial or superior court.
