§ 139F — Penalties for violation of Secs. 139D or 139E
Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title XV REGULATION OF TRADE·Ch. 94 INSPECTION AND SALE OF FOOD, DRUGS AND VARIOUS ARTICLES
Section 139F. Any person who violates any provision of section one hundred and thirty-nine D or one hundred and thirty-nine E, shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than sixty days, or both.
