§ 28E — Jurisdiction of superior court

Section 28E. Upon complaint of any person, the superior court shall have jurisdiction in equity to restrain and enjoin any act forbidden or declared illegal by any provision of sections twenty-eight A to twenty-eight C, inclusive, or section twenty-eight F.
