Section 18B. Every person conducting a commercial coin operated laundry, where there is no full time attendant shall display, in a conspicuous manner, a sign no less than twelve inches square indicating for each different size or style dryer therein, the amount of time a consumer receives per coin and the average drying time by fabric type and load size.Failure to display such sign shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars.Any person conducting a commercial coin operated laundry who is required to display a sign under the provisions of this section shall be punished by a fine of not more than twenty-five dollars for each operation of a dryer that does not provide, within three minutes, the time indicated in said sign.
