Text
Section 14I. Whenever the application of any provision of any other law of the commonwealth, except chapter sixty-four C, conflicts with the application of any provision of sections fourteen E to fourteen K, inclusive, said sections shall prevail. If any provision of said sections conflicts with the provisions of said chapter sixty-four C the provisions of said chapter shall prevail.
