Section 71E. In any city, town or regional school district that accepts this section, all monies received by the school committee in connection with the conduct of adult education and continuing education programs, including, but not limited to:
(1)adult physical fitness programs conducted under section 71B;
(2)summer school programs and enrichment programs, authorized by the school committee and in connection with the use of school property under section 71; and (3) including parking fees, shall be deposited with the treasurer of the city, town or regional school district and held as separate accounts. The receipts held in such a separate account may be expended by the school committee without further appropriation for the purposes of the program or programs from which the receipts held
