§ 53B — Towns within a superintendency district or union; exemption from appointment requirement

Section 53B. The towns comprised in a superintendency district or union employing, to the satisfaction of the department, one or more school physicians and registered nurses in accordance with the provisions of section fifty-three A shall be exempt from the provisions of section fifty-three requiring the appointment of such persons.
