§ 42C — Records of teachers; inspection

Section 42C. School officials of cities and towns keeping records concerning any teacher or his work shall, at the written request of the teacher, permit the teacher by appointment to inspect the contents of his personnel folder, files, cards and records, and to make copies of such contents and records as concern his work or himself.
