[Text of section effective as provided by 2018, 337, Sec. 15A as added by 2019, 5, Sec. 37.] Section 6. A person shall not operate a bed and breakfast establishment, hotel, lodging house, short-term rental or motel unless a certificate of registration has been issued to the person in accordance with section 67 of chapter 62C.
