§ 6 — Fraudulent actions by benefit recipients; bureau of special investigations

Section 6. When any agency has probable cause to believe that the receipt of incorrect benefits under any such program was a result of a fraudulent action by the recipient, such agency shall refer the case to the bureau of special investigations for further action.
