Text
Section 178O. Police officials and other public employees acting in good faith shall not be liable in a civil or criminal proceeding for any publication on the internet under section 178D or other dissemination of sex offender registry information or for any act or omission pursuant to the provisions of sections 178C to 178P, inclusive.
