§ 172E — Dissemination of criminal offender record information to long term care facilities, assisted living residences and continuing care facilities

Section 172E. Notwithstanding any provision of section 172 to the contrary, criminal offender record information shall be available to a long term care facility, as defined in section 72W of chapter 111, an assisted living residence as defined in section 1 of chapter 19D, and to any continuing care facility as defined in section 1 of chapter 40D, for the purpose of evaluating applicants under final consideration as, or an individual currently working as, an employee, a volunteer or a provider of care, treatment, education, training, transportation, delivery of meals, instruction, counseling, supervision, recreation or other services for an elderly or disabled person or for the purpose of evaluating applicants under final consideration for, or an individual currently working in, a position
