The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart the Sunday preceding the third Monday in April as First Responder Day, and recommending that said day be observed in an appropriate manner by the people. [Text of section added by 2016, 83. See, also, Section 15ZZZZZ added by 2016, 79, above.] Section 15ZZZZZ. The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart the month of May as the official month of kindness, and recommending that the month be observed by the people as a period of special attention to the importance of being kind to each other with acts that will assist those in need in a way that provides a path to self-sufficiency.
