§ 15ZZZZZ — First Responder Day

The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart the Sunday preceding the third Monday in April as First Responder Day, and recommending that said day be observed in an appropriate manner by the people. The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart the month of May as the official month of kindness, and recommending that the month be observed by the people as a period of special attention to the importance of being kind to each other with acts that will assist those in need in a way that provides a path to self-sufficiency.
