§ 15XXXX — Guardians' Day

Section 15XXXX. The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart the fourth Sunday in April as Guardians' Day, in recognition of the generous contributions of guardians to the welfare of the commonwealth and recommending that the day be observed in an appropriate manner by the people.
