Section 15T. The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart the twenty-eighth day of February as Kalevala Day in commemoration of the Knights and Ladies of Kalevala, an organization dedicated to spreading an awareness of the cultural achievement of the Finnish people and Americans of Finnish heritage, and of their contribution to the development of the commonwealth and the nation and recommending that said day be observed by the people in an appropriate manner.
