§ 15L — John F. Kennedy Day

Section 15L. The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart the last Sunday in November as John F. Kennedy Day and recommending that said day be observed by the people in an appropriate manner in memory of John Fitzgerald Kennedy, the thirty-fifth president of the United States.
