§ 15EE — Endangered Species Day

Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title II EXECUTIVE AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS OF THE COMMONWEALTH·Ch. 6 THE GOVERNOR, LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR AND COUNCIL, CERTAIN OFFICERS UNDER THE GOVERNOR AND COUNCIL, AND STATE LIBRARY
Section 15EE. The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart the second Saturday in September as ''Endangered Species Day'' and recommending that said day be observed in an appropriate manner by the people.
