§ 12NN — Human Rights Day

Section 12NN. The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart December tenth as Human Rights Day in recognition of the adoption of the Universal Declaration on Human Rights by the United Nations and recommending that said day be observed in an appropriate manner by the people.
