§ 12DD — Pearl Harbor Day

Section 12DD. The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting aside December seventh as Pearl Harbor Day in memory of the members of the armed services and civilians killed, wounded and declared missing and presumed dead and recommending that said day be observed in an appropriate manner by the people.
