Section 12MM. The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart June twenty-fifth as Korean War Veterans Day, in commemoration of the heroic achievements of the members of the armed forces of the United States during this difficult period in our history and recommending that the said day be observed in an appropriate manner by the people.
