§ 12II — Slovak Independence Day

Section 12II. The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart March fourteenth as Slovak Independence Day, in commemoration of the promulgation of the March fourteenth, nineteen hundred and thirty-nine Declaration of Slovak National Independence which established the Slovak Republic as a sovereign nation-state and recommending that said day be observed in an appropriate manner by the people.
