Section 1. Definitions.—as used in this chapter the following words shall, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, have the following meaning:—''Agricultural land'', land suitable for agricultural or horticultural use, including land rated by the United States Department of Agriculture Soil Conservation Service as Class 1 through Class IV, unique, or of statewide or local area importance.''Agricultural lands preservation committee'', committee established under the provisions of section eleven B of chapter one hundred and thirty-two A.''Commissioner'', commissioner of the department of food and agriculture.''Committee'', municipal agricultural incentive areas committee established pursuant to section two.''Department'', the department of food and agriculture.''Land in agricultural
