§ 12F — Employees
Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title VII CITIES, TOWNS AND DISTRICTS·Ch. 40 POWERS AND DUTIES OF CITIES AND TOWNS
Section 12F. Persons employed at such beaches shall be employees of the cities and towns in the district where they reside and not employees of the district, and shall retain all their retirement and civil service rights.
