§ 107 — False official statements

Article 107. False official statements.A person subject to this code who, with intent to deceive, signs a false record, return, regulation, order or other official document in the line of duty, knowing it to be false or who makes any other false official statement in the line of duty, knowing it to be false, shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
