Section 134. The First Corps of Cadets and the Second Corps of Cadets shall be organized as the commander-in-chief directs, and may retain their respective names, the right to wear such distinctive uniforms as may be approved from time to time by the commander-in-chief, and retain their ancient privileges as prescribed in Title 32 of the United States Code.
