Section 30A. The state secretary, the commissioner of administration and the state purchasing agent shall, after consultation with state officers, heads of departments and superintendents of institutions, determine a uniform style of headings for letterheads to be used by all executive and administrative officers and departments and all institutions; but other styles may be authorized in limited quantities for special purposes.
