§ 2SSSSS — Massachusetts Commission for the Blind Vocational Rehabilitation Reimbursement Fund

Section 2SSSSS. There is hereby established and set up on the books of the commonwealth a separate, non-budgeted special revenue fund to be known as the Massachusetts Commission for the Blind Vocational Rehabilitation Reimbursement Fund. The commissioner of the Massachusetts commission for the blind shall be the administrator of the fund.The fund shall be credited with:

(i)all payments received from the federal government and allocated to the Massachusetts commission for the blind under the Social Security Administration Vocational Rehabilitation Cost Reimbursement Program, 29 U.S.C. 728;
(ii)reimbursement received by the commission for successful employment outcomes of participants in the program; and (iii) any interest received thereon. Amounts credited to the fund shall be spent, with
