Amounts credited to the fund shall be spent, without further appropriation, for the vocational rehabilitation program administered by the commission as described in sections 74 through 80, inclusive, of chapter 6. Expenditures from the fund shall be made consistent with federal requirements for administering the vocational rehabilitation program; provided, that no funds shall be deducted for pensions, group health or life insurance or any other indirect costs of federally-reimbursed state employees.[ Second paragraph as amended by 2024, 205, Sec. 58 effective September 12, 2024.
