(a)For the purposes of this section, "income surtax revenue'' shall mean income tax revenue from the additional 4 per cent income tax levied on annual taxable income in excess of $1,000,000, as adjusted, pursuant to Article XLIV of the Amendments to the Constitution of the Commonwealth.[ Subsection (a) as amended by 2024, 140, Sec. 52 effective July 1, 2024. See 2024, 140, Sec. 264. For text effective until July 1, 2024, see above.]
(a)As used in this section, the following words shall have the following meanings unless the context clearly requires otherwise:"Dedicated transportation income surtax revenue amount'', the amount of $250,000,000 for each fiscal year."Income surtax'',
