§ 127B — Actions for civil rights violations; liability

Section 127B. Any person incurring injury to his person or damage or loss to his property as a result of conduct in violation of section one hundred and twenty-seven A or of section thirty-nine of chapter two hundred and sixty-five shall have a civil action to secure injunctive relief, special and general damages, reasonable attorney fees and costs against the person whose conduct has violated said section one hundred and twenty-seven A of this chapter or of section thirty-nine of chapter two hundred and sixty-five. In any such action the burden of proof shall be the same as in other civil actions for similar relief.Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the parent or legal guardian of an unemancipated minor child shall be liable for any judgment rendered against such minor under the provisions of this section.
