§ 13 — Employees; assistance from other state agencies

Section 13. MOBD may employ such personnel as may be necessary to carry out its duties under the provisions of chapter forty D.All departments, divisions, boards, bureaus, commissions or other agencies of the state government shall provide such assistance and information as MOBD may request in order to carry out said duties.
