Text
Section 85F. In an action to recover damages for death or for injuries or property damage arising out of an accident or collision in which a motor vehicle was involved while the owner thereof was a passenger therein, the negligence of the operator of such motor vehicle shall not be imputed to the owner for the sole reason that he was a passenger.
