Section 11G. The director of the department of labor standards and deputy director, with the advice and guidance of the apprenticeship council, shall administer sections 11E to 11W, inclusive, shall keep a record of apprentice programs and apprentice agreements and their disposition, shall cooperate with the state department of education and the local school authorities in regard to the education of apprentices in accordance with the standards established by the director and deputy director for the same occupation or group of occupations, and shall perform such other duties as are necessary to carry out the intent of said sections 11E to 11W, inclusive.The director and deputy director may set up and establish conditions and training standards for apprentice programs and apprentice agreemen
