§ 10A — Bureau of pipefitters, refrigeration technicians and sprinkler fitters

Section 10A. There shall be in the division of occupational licensure office of public safety and inspections a bureau to be known as the bureau of pipefitters, refrigeration technicians and sprinkler fitters. The bureau shall consist of 11 members, 1 of whom shall be the commissioner of the division of occupational licensure or his designee; and 10 of whom shall be appointed by the governor, 1 of whom shall be a representative of the public, 1 of whom shall be a member of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractors of Boston, who has been in business not less than 10 years as a refrigeration contractor, 1 of whom shall be a refrigeration technician with a minimum of 10 years' experience, 1 of whom shall be a member of the New England Mechanical Contractors Association, Inc., 1 of whom
