§ 2 — Compensation of commissioner
Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title II EXECUTIVE AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS OF THE COMMONWEALTH·Ch. 20 DEPARTMENT OF FOOD AND AGRICULTURE
Section 2. The position of commissioner shall be classified in accordance with section forty-five of chapter thirty and the salary shall be determined in accordance with section forty-six C of said chapter thirty, and the commissioner shall receive traveling expenses incurred in his official duties, and shall devote his full time during business hours to the duties of his office.
