Text

Section 104. If the assurance fund at any time is not sufficient to meet the amount called for by such certificate of the comptroller the state treasurer shall make up the deficiency from any funds in the treasury not otherwise appropriated; and, in such case, any amounts thereafter received by the state treasurer on account of the assurance fund shall be transferred to the general funds of the treasury, until the amount paid on account of the deficiency shall have been made up.
