§ 1 — Acts or ceremonies necessary for conveyance by deed

Massachusetts·Part II REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY AND DOMESTIC RELATIONS·Title I TITLE TO REAL PROPERTY·Ch. 183 ALIENATION OF LAND
Section 1. A deed executed and delivered by the person, or by the attorney of the person, having authority therefor, shall, subject to the limitations of section four, be sufficient, without any other act or ceremony, to convey land.
