Text

Section 2. The meeting shall be called by posting a notice containing the substance of the warrant, signed by the person to whom the warrant is directed, fourteen days at least before the meeting, in one or more public places in the town, and by publishing it in a newspaper, if any, published in the county where the estate lies; otherwise, in a newspaper published in an adjoining county.
