Section 4A. Any health maintenance contract shall provide coverage for employees terminated due to a plant closing or covered partial closing as required by the second paragraph of section one hundred and ten D of chapter one hundred and seventy-five and the second paragraph of section one hundred and ten G of chapter one hundred and seventy-five.
