§ 8XX — Coverage for postpartum depression and major depressive disorder screenings

[ Text of section added by 2024, 186, Sec. 45 effective November 21, 2024.]Section 8XX. Any policy, contract, agreement, plan or certificate of insurance issued, delivered or renewed within the commonwealth, which is considered creditable coverage under section 1 of chapter 111M, shall provide coverage for postpartum depression and major depressive disorder screenings conducted pursuant to section 247 of chapter 111.
